We hold a wedding licence for the premesis and offer bespoke weddings, tailored to your needs. Over our 35+ years in the hospitality industry we have been fortunate to plan many weddings and events/functions.
If you are considering the Silent Woman as your Wedding Venue, we would be honoured to help you plan a perfect special day! To start the process please give us a call to book in a time for a look around. We would be delighted to show you our beautiful inside, and outside spaces.
We can offer you the option to hire your own marquee, or we can take care of that for you if you'd like to ensure your outside space stays free of those pesky rain showers (or has lots of shade in the height of the summer)
We can fully cater your wedding too! We have our own Hog roast machine together with newly installed outdoor catering facilities to make the most of the fantastic outside space we have. We also have a stone-based pizza oven, and our pizzas are made on site.Perhaps you and your guests would like guests to enjoy giant outdoor games into the evening with a glass of bubbly and our incredible stone baked pizzas for a more informal affair? Previously this and or our famous Hog roast has proved popular, or perhaps you would prefer a more formal sit-down wedding breakfast or hot & cold buffet. We can work with you to create the atmosphere and day you'd like to remember.
Guests can also stay at one of the fantastic caravan parks we are fortunate to have on our doorstep here in Wareham. We even have a retreat opposite the pub!
